FPInnovations’ Pulp, Paper, and Bioproducts Course is back by popular demand!

The five-day course, which is taking place from October 16 to 20, is designed to provide comprehensive training for a wide range of professionals in the industry, including newly hired engineering interns, process engineers, technical staff, and sales representatives.

The course will cover a wide range of topics, including fibre supply, pulp and paper manufacturing processes, tissue and packaging, bioproducts, and decarbonization for the pulp and paper industry. View the course agenda for the list of lectures and activities that will be offered.

Once again, this year’s course offers participants the option to attend in person or on-line. On-site participants (in Montreal) will have the opportunity to engage in live laboratory demonstrations and pilot plant tours, while on-line participants can experience these via video. On-site participants will also enjoy lunch and refreshments, as well as one dinner. Course materials are included for all participants.

The training course may be used to fulfill the professional development requirements for some professional designations, such as engineers and chemists. A certificate will be issued to each participant after the training course.

Please note that the course will be given in English.
