Saint John's westside pulp mill has launched an internal technical training program to improve collaboration and knowledge sharing across Irving Pulp & Paper called the University of Reversing Falls.

Over the past six months, the training program gave team members comprehensive knowledge of the mill’s operational processes to help them excel in their careers. The training program was instructed by 13 highly skilled and experienced Irving Pulp & Paper employees from a variety of disciplines and areas of the mill.

After 24 hours of in-person training, 24 Irving Pulp & Paper employees successfully completed the University of Reversing Falls.

“Being able to continuously grow and develop our people is key to our business. Here at Irving Pulp & Paper we are committed to developing our team members to allow them the opportunity to continue growing in their careers,” said Dennis Mott, Mill Manager at Irving Pulp & Paper.

We are very proud of our employees and are happy to share their success.
