Barcelona, October 13, 2020 - Lecta announces that today it has reached an agreement for the acquisition of AveryDennison Offset Sheets business in the Europe -Middle East -North Africa (EMENA) region.The transaction is subject to competition approval from the German Federal Cartel Office.
